What is that Anime movie with all the crying and nosebleeds?

It was an anime movie I saw once, maybe 45 minutes long, where it just jumped from clip to clip with anime characters seeing panties then crying or having a nosebleed. It had no plot, just clips. It was hilarious.

1. uhm, it might have been a fanfic... if not the only manga or anime with nosebleeds, showing of panties, or crying (acually has all three) would be chibi vampire..... maybe the writer created a movie that had no plot about the anime... So chibi vampire is ure best luck!

3. Well with all the excessive nosebleeds, I'd have to say that it was Karin or in English it's called Chibi Vampire... I've never personally seen the anime, but if there's lots of crying and nose bleeds, it may just be Karin.
